Created tiler_view_t to abstract a view on a tiler 2d rectangle.
Manipulations include crop, rotate and mirror, and provide access
to horizontal and vertical increments to be used by other
subsystems.
Fixed issue with tiler_ops->xy that returned incorrect x, y
coordinates (it returned them thinking of an x & y-mirrored view.)
Simplified macro names in tiler-geom.c.

The reference count of blocks increases on alloc, and by registered
buffers that contain that block.
When all tiler drivers of a process are closed:
- blocks allocated by it are marked "freed"
- buffers registered by it are unregistered
All blocks that are no longer marked "allocated" and are not
referenced by registered buffers are actually freed.
Blocks allocated by the kernel API are tracked separately, and
are not release when tiler drivers are closed. They are only
freed using tiler_free, or when the kernel driver closes.
Fixed a bug with querying buffers by address, which did not
account for the new TCM support for 1D buffers and block management.
Added support for clearing PAT for freed blocks.
Added extended tiler kernel API-s for specifying group ids, pids,
alignment and offset.

specific header.
Header files in arch/arm/*/include/mach included from
arch/arm/include/asm/*.h are there to provide necessary definitions for
either the rest of the kernel or the ARM specific parts. They shouldn't
be polluted with *any* platform private stuff which is not absolutely
necessary to satisfy the rest of the kernel.
Hence move the OMAP specific SMP boot functions to different header
instead of keeping them in 'plat/smp.h' which gets included indirectly
by linux/smp.h

For CONFIG_THUMB2_KERNEL, the existing definition of do_wfi() will
insert invalid code into the instruction stream.
Any assembler which can assemble Thumb-2 is guaranteed to accept

Commit 5d190c40100793a6dfc37bf325677c10f3c80edf
(omap2+: Initialize omap_irq_base for entry-macro.S from
platform code) simplified the handling of omap_irq_base
for multi-omap builds. However, this patch also introduced
a build warning for !MULTI_OMAP2 builds:
arch/arm/mach-omap2/io.c: In function 'omap_irq_base_init':
arch/arm/mach-omap2/io.c:322: warning: unused variable 'omap_irq_base'
Fix this by removing the ifdef. Also simplify things further
by moving omap_irq_base out of entry-macro.S.

Commit 7c63984b86 (ARM: do not define VMALLOC_END relative to PAGE_OFFSET)
changed VMALLOC_END to be an explicit value. Before this, it was
relative to PAGE_OFFSET and therefore converted to unsigned long
as PAGE_OFFSET is an unsigned long. This introduced the following
build warning. Fix this by changing the explicit defines of
VMALLOC_END to be unsigned long.

On OMAP4, control module is divided into 4 separate IPs
- OMAP44XX_CTRL_MODULE_CORE
- OMAP44XX_CTRL_MODULE_PAD_CORE
- OMAP44XX_CTRL_MODULE_WKUP
- OMAP44XX_CTRL_MODULE_PAD_WKUP
This patch adds all the omap4 control module register data and
includes them in the common control.h
The register data is autogenerated from the codebase thanks

This patch extends the ASoC API to allow sound cards to have more than one
CODEC and more than one platform DMA controller. This is achieved by dividing
some current ASoC structures that contain both driver data and device data into
structures that only either contain device data or driver data. i.e.
struct snd_soc_codec ---> struct snd_soc_codec (device data)
+-> struct snd_soc_codec_driver (driver data)
struct snd_soc_platform ---> struct snd_soc_platform (device data)
+-> struct snd_soc_platform_driver (driver data)
struct snd_soc_dai ---> struct snd_soc_dai (device data)
+-> struct snd_soc_dai_driver (driver data)
struct snd_soc_device ---> deleted
This now allows ASoC to be more tightly aligned with the Linux driver model and
also means that every ASoC codec, platform and (platform) DAI is a kernel
device. ASoC component private data is now stored as device private data.
The ASoC sound card struct snd_soc_card has also been updated to store lists
of it's components rather than a pointer to a codec and platform. The PCM
runtime struct soc_pcm_runtime now has pointers to all its components.
This patch adds DAPM support for ASoC multi-component and removes struct
snd_soc_socdev from DAPM core. All DAPM calls are now made on a card, codec
or runtime PCM level basis rather than using snd_soc_socdev.
Other notable multi-component changes:-
* Stream operations now de-reference less structures.
* close_delayed work() now runs on a DAI basis rather than looping all DAIs
in a card.
* PM suspend()/resume() operations can now handle N CODECs and Platforms
per sound card.
* Added soc_bind_dai_link() to bind the component devices to the sound card.
* Added soc_dai_link_probe() and soc_dai_link_remove() to probe and remove
DAI link components.
* sysfs entries can now be registered per component per card.
* snd_soc_new_pcms() functionailty rolled into dai_link_probe().
* snd_soc_register_codec() now does all the codec list and mutex init.
This patch changes the probe() and remove() of the CODEC drivers as follows:-
o Make CODEC driver a platform driver
o Moved all struct snd_soc_codec list, mutex, etc initialiasation to core.
o Removed all static codec pointers (drivers now support > 1 codec dev)
o snd_soc_register_pcms() now done by core.
o snd_soc_register_dai() folded into snd_soc_register_codec().

Rather than checking the MMU status in every instance of addruart, do it
once in kernel/debug.S, and change the existing addruart macros to
return both physical and virtual addresses. The main debug code can then
select the appropriate address to use.
This will also allow us to retreive the address of a uart for the MMU
state that we're not current in.
