* PCI: qcom: Fix pp->dev usage before assignmentSrinivas Kandagatla2016-10-26
| | | | | | | | | Initialize pp->dev in qcom_pcie_probe() before calling get_resources(), which uses it. [bhelgaas: changelog] Fixes: e6a087eeaf91 ("PCI: qcom: Remove redundant struct qcom_pcie.dev") Signed-off-by: Srinivas Kandagatla <srinivas.kandagatla@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
* PCI: qcom: Reorder struct qcom_pcieBjorn Helgaas2016-10-12
| | | | | | | Reorder struct qcom_pcie to put generic fields first. No functional change intended. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
* PCI: qcom: Remove redundant struct qcom_pcie.devBjorn Helgaas2016-10-12
| | | | | | Remove the struct qcom_pcie.dev member, which is a duplicate of the generic pp.dev member. No functional change intended. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
* PCI: qcom: Remove redundant struct qcom_pcie.dbiBjorn Helgaas2016-10-12
| | | | | | Remove the struct qcom_pcie.dbi member, which is a duplicate of the generic pp.dbi_base member. No functional change intended. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
* PCI: qcom: Remove unused platform dataBjorn Helgaas2016-10-12
| | | | | | The qcom driver never uses the platform drvdata pointer, so don't bother setting it. No functional change intended. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
* PCI: qcom: Make explicitly non-modularPaul Gortmaker2016-08-24
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This code is not being built as a module by anyone: drivers/pci/host/Kconfig:config PCIE_QCOM drivers/pci/host/Kconfig: bool "Qualcomm PCIe controller" Remove uses of MODULE_DESCRIPTION(), MODULE_AUTHOR(), MODULE_LICENSE(), etc., so that when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only. The information is preserved in comments at the top of the file. Note that for non-modular code, MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is a no-op and builtin_platform_driver() uses the same init level priority as module_platform_driver(), so this doesn't change init ordering. Explicitly disallow driver unbind, since that doesn't have a sensible use case anyway, and it allows us to drop the ".remove" code for non-modular drivers. * PCI: designware: Add generic dw_pcie_wait_for_link()Joao Pinto2016-03-15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Several DesignWare-based drivers (dra7xx, exynos, imx6, keystone, qcom, and spear13xx) had similar loops waiting for the link to come up. Add a generic dw_pcie_wait_for_link() for use by all these drivers so the waiting is done consistently, e.g., always using usleep_range() rather than mdelay() and using similar timeouts and retry counts. Note that this changes the Keystone link training/wait for link strategy, so we initiate link training, then wait longer for the link to come up before re-initiating link training. * PCI: qcom: Add Qualcomm PCIe controller driverStanimir Varbanov2016-01-05
The PCIe driver reuses the Designware common code for host and MSI initialization, and also programs the Qualcomm application specific registers.
