* sh: migrate to arch/sh/include/Paul Mundt2008-07-28
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault. * sh: Preparation for uncached jumps through PMB.Stuart Menefy2008-01-27
| | | | | | | | | | | | Presently most of the 29-bit physical parts do P1/P2 segmentation with a 1:1 cached/uncached mapping, jumping between the two to control the caching behaviour. This provides the basic infrastructure to maintain this behaviour on 32-bit physical parts that don't map P1/P2 at all, using a shiny new linker section and corresponding fixmap entry.
