Pull ARM soc multiplatform enablement from Olof Johansson:
"This is a pretty significant branch. It's the introduction of the
first multiplatform support on ARM, and with this (and the later
branch) merged, it is now possible to build one kernel that contains
support for highbank, vexpress, mvebu, socfpga, and picoxcell. More
platforms will be convered over in the next few releases.
Two critical last things had to be done for this to be practical and
possible:
* Today each platform has its own include directory under
mach-<mach>/include/mach/*, and traditionally that is where a lot
of driver/platform shared definitions have gone, such as platform
data structures. They now need to move out to a common location
instead, and this branch moves a large number of those out to
include/linux/platform_data.
* Each platform used to list the device trees to compile for its
boards in mach-<mach>/Makefile.boot.
Both of the above changes will mean that there are some merge
conflicts to come (and some to resolve here). It's a one-time move
and once it settles in, we should be good for quite a while. Sorry
for the overhead."

Enable initial ARM multi-platform support for highbank, mvebu,
socfpga, picoxcell, and vexpress.
Multi-platform support is dependent on mach/gpio.h removal and
restructuring of DEBUG_LL and dtb build rules included in this branch.
This has been built for all defconfigs, and booted on highbank with
all 5 platforms enabled.

Move custom shmobile gpio code to a sh-gpio.h to remove the dependency
on mach/gpio.h. shmobile always uses gpiolib, so we can remove
__GPIOLIB_COMPLEX define from mach/gpio.h.

Current way of finding the wakeup-eint node scans the whole device tree
not only children of the pinctrl node, so it might detect a wakeup-eint
node of another pinctrl device.
This patch limits the scope of looking for nodes only to subnodes of the
pinctrl node.

The exynos_irq_demux_eint utility function is used in chained IRQ
handler for EINT16-31 to handle multiplexed interrupts. Inlining it
should improve the performance a bit.

A bit in EINTxx_PEND register is set regardless of interrupt mask, which
causes spurious interrupts. To avoid them, the read value of pending
register must be masked with current interrupt mask manually.

Pins used as GPIO interrupts need to be configured as EINTs. This patch
adds the required configuration code to exynos_gpio_irq_set_type,
to set the pin as EINT when its interrupt trigger is configured.

Add a new device tree enabled pinctrl and gpiolib driver for Samsung
SoC's. This driver provides a common and extensible framework for all
Samsung SoC's to interface with the pinctrl and gpiolib subsystems. This
driver supports only device tree based instantiation and hence can be
used only on those Samsung platforms that have device tree enabled.
This driver is split into two parts: the pinctrl interface and the gpiolib
interface. The pinctrl interface registers pinctrl devices with the pinctrl
subsystem and gpiolib interface registers gpio chips with the gpiolib
subsystem. The information about the pins, pin groups, pin functions and
gpio chips, which are SoC specific, are parsed from device tree node.

Tegra20 i2c controller does not support the continue transfer
which implements the I2C_M_NOSTART functionality of i2c
protocol mangling.
Removing the I2C_M_NOSTART functionality support for Tegra20.

Tegra's i2c controller require two clock sources named as
div_clk and fast_clk.
This change make sure that driver pass the correct clock's
name when it acquires clock handle. Also change the
variable name to reflect the correct clock handles.

This patch series is done as a preparatory step for adding phy drivers
for dwc3 and musb.
This series adds a new driver for ocp2scp (only dt) to which phy
drivers are connected.
Since currently there is no generic way to create a child device along
with doing a pm_runtime_enable (the exact requirement for ocp2scp), I'm
creating a separate driver for ocp2scp.

Adds a new driver *omap-ocp2scp*. This driver takes the responsibility of
creating all the devices that is connected to OCP2SCP. In the case of OMAP4,
USB2PHY is connected to ocp2scp.
This also includes device tree support for ocp2scp driver and
the documentation with device tree binding information is updated.

at91/mci
AT91 SoC related code modifications: a cleanup in defconfigs and
a one liner in a board file.
The most important is the move to atmel-mci driver in AT91 SoC & boards.
The old at91_mci (marked as deprecated) will be removed in 3.7. So all
platform data for this old driver are erased and replace by information
needed by atmel-mci driver.
