* i2c-voodoo3: DeleteJean Delvare2009-12-06
| | | | | | | | Superseded by tdfxfb. I2C/DDC support used to live in a separate driver but this caused driver conflicts. Signed-off-by: Jean Delvare <khali@linux-fr.org> Cc: Krzysztof Helt <krzysztof.h1@wp.pl>
* i2c: Do not probe for TV chips on Voodoo3 adaptersJean Delvare2009-06-15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | There's no point in giving the I2C bus of Voodoo3 adapters a class value, there's no video chip driver checking for it anymore. If support is ever needed, the video device should be instantiated explicitly rather than probed. To the best of my knowledge the only video chip that can be found on these boards is a BT869 video encoder, for which no support exists currently. * i2c: Delete many unused adapter IDsJean Delvare2009-01-26

* i2c: Drop stray references to lm_sensorsJean Delvare2008-07-14

* i2c: Add IDs to adaptersStephen Hemminger2007-02-13
| | | | | | | | | IDs have been defined but not used by most of the I2C adapters. By having a unique ID, clients can check for correct connection during probe. Signed-off-by: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: Jean Delvare <khali@linux-fr.org>
* i2c: Discard the i2c algo del_bus wrappersJean Delvare2006-12-10
| | | | | | | They are all only calling i2c_del_adapter, so we may as well do it directly. Signed-off-by: Jean Delvare <khali@linux-fr.org>
* i2c-algo-bit: Discard the mdelay data struct memberJean Delvare2006-09-26
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | i2c-algo-bit: Discard the mdelay data struct member The i2c_algo_bit_data structure has an mdelay member, which is not used by the algorithm code (the code has always been ifdef'd out.) Let's discard it to save some code and memory. | | | | | | | | | | Files that don't use CONFIG_* stuff shouldn't include config.h Files that use CONFIG_* stuff should include config.h It's that simple. ;-) Signed-off-by: Alexey Dobriyan <adobriyan@mail.ru> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
