mm: debug-pagealloc: fix kconfig dependency warning
Fix kconfig dependency warning to satisfy dependencies:
warning: (PAGE_POISONING) selects DEBUG_PAGEALLOC which has unmet
direct dependencies (DEBUG_KERNEL && ARCH_SUPPORTS_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC &&
(!HIBERNATION || !PPC && !SPARC) && !KMEMCHECK)
