Revert Nick's fs-scale-pseudo
After adding an xfs partition to my system, I started seeing
boot time NULL pointer oopses, and bisected it down to the
fs-scale-pseudo change.
Not sure what the right fix is, but this change avoids the issue.
Here's the bug i was seeing on boot:
