[PARISC] Ensure all ldcw uses are ldcw,co on pa2.0
ldcw,co should always be used on pa2.0, otherwise the strict cache width alignment requirement is not relaxed. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@parisc-linux.org>
