[PATCH] unify pfn_to_page: ia64 pfn_to_page
ia64 has special config CONFIG_VIRTUAL_MEM_MAP.
CONFIG_DISCONTIGMEM=y && CONFIG_VIRTUAL_MEM_MAP!=y is bug ?
