V4L/DVB (5632): Dvb-pll: pass dvb_frontend_parameters to generic set() function
Rename dvb_pll_desc.setbw() to set(), and accept struct dvb_frontend_parameters instead of passing both freq and bandwidth, so that this may be used as a generic function. In order to do this, dvb_pll_configure must also be altered in the same manner, to take struct dvb_frontend_parameters instead of freq and bandwidth.
