[ARM] S3C: Move core clock support to plat-s3c
Move the core clock registration and definitions in arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/clock.c to arch/arm/plat-s3c to be shared with the S3C64XX implementations. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
