MIPS: BMIPS: Fix ".previous without corresponding .section" warnings

Commit 078a55fc824c1 ("Delete __cpuinit/__CPUINIT usage from MIPS code")
removed our __CPUINIT directives, so now the ".previous" directives
are superfluous.  Remove them.
