First attempt for C-EDF gedf-based
- can boot and run for some time with rtspin
- crash with find testing (cedf_task_block)
- atm only tested on kvm; on koruna is able to detect
multiple cpu in cluster but not tested yet
- not able to "dynamically" reconfigure the cluster size
(init is atm totally done in init_cedf and not in cedf_activate)
