V4L/DVB (13518): spec: regenerate videodev2.h.xml
After excluding .h.xml from the whitespace to tab conversion I had to regenerate this xml file. The only changes here are whitespace changes. If we change videodev2.h in the future, then videodev2.h.xml will only show that same change and no more unrelated whitespace changes.
