Pull USB 3.5-rc1 changes from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as
well. We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally
dropped the obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never
have to touch that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were
due to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

usb: gadget: patches for v3.5
This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

"While we generally attempt to get rid of board specific files and
replace them with device tree based descriptions, a lot of platforms
have not come that far:
In shmobile, we add two new board files because their recently started
effort to add DT support has not proceeded enough to use it for all of
the important hardware.
In Kirkwood, we are adding support for new boards with a combination
of DT and board file contents in multiple cases.
pxa/mmp and imx are extending support for existing board files but not
adding new ones."

This patch adds the Synaptics NavPoint touchpad to the hx4700 platform:
1. Change GPIO23_SSP1_SCLK value in hx4700_pin_config[] from an output
to an input, since the NavPoint is connected to SSP in SPI slave mode.
2. Add GPIO102_GPIO (NavPoint power) to hx4700_pin_config[].
3. Add navpoint platform_device to devices[].

dns323 and (at least) iconnect platforms are using hw led blinking, so,
instead of having 2 identicals .gpio_blink_set gpio-led hooks, move
dns323 code into gpio.c

gpio registers are for 32 gpios. Given that orion_gpio_set_blink is called
directly and not through gpiolib, it needs to make sure that the pin value
given to the internal functions are between 0 and 31.

AS3711 chip initalization is required for enabling LCDC backlight,
but there is no driver for this chip.
So, this patch sends its settings when boot.

armadillo800eva board is using sh-eth, but clock-r8a7740 didn't care it.
This clock was enabled by boot-loader.
This patch fix it up.

On armadillo800eva board,
CD (= Card Detect) pin is not connected to SDHI0_CD.
Then, we can use IRQ31 as card detect irq,
but it needs chattering removal operation.
We should use IRQ card detect in the future,
but this patch use polling mode at this point.
