NTFS: Make fs/ntfs/namei.c::ntfs_get_{parent,dentry} static and move the
definition of ntfs_export_ops from fs/ntfs/super.c to namei.c.
Also, declare ntfs_export_ops in fs/ntfs/ntfs.h.
