* cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_bandJohannes Berg2016-04-12
| | | | | | | | | This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* wlcore: add dfs master restart callsEliad Peller2015-01-09
| | | | | | | | | | | | call wlcore_cmd_dfs_master_restart when starting the ap on a new channel (after csa is done). Add a new WLVIF_FLAG_BEACON_DISABLED flag to indicate that dfs_master_restart command is required. Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>
* wlcore: add support for ap csaEliad Peller2015-01-09
| | | | | | | | Support ap csa support by implementing the channel_switch_beacon() mac80211 op. Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>
* wl18xx: add debugfs file to emulate radar eventEliad Peller2015-01-09
| | | | | | | | | Add debugfs file to emulate radar detection through a special fw cmd (which in turn will generate radar event) Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>
* wl18xx: add radar detection implementationEliad Peller2015-01-09
| | | | | | | | | | | | Add support for CAC start/stop commands, and pass radar detection events from the fw to mac80211. Bump fw name (to wl18xx-fw-4.bin) and min fw version (to 8.9.*.*.11), and align event mailbox accordingly. * wlcore/wl18xx: add smart config commandsEliad Peller2014-07-15
| | | | | | | | | | These commands configures the fw to set key, enter smart config mode, and exit it. Add relevant hw ops as well. Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
* mac80211: support secondary channel offset in CSAJohannes Berg2013-04-16
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add support for the secondary channel offset IE in channel switch announcements. This is necessary for proper handling of CSA on HT access points. For this to work it is also necessary to convert everything here to use chandef structs instead of just channels. The driver updates aren't really correct though. In particular, the TI wl18xx driver update can't possibly be right since it just ignores the new channel width for lack of firmware API. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* wlcore: update channel_switch/stop_channel_switch commandsEliad Peller2012-11-27
Some fields were added to the channel_switch and stop_channel_switch commands. Unfortunately, the new 18xx channel_switch struct is not backward compatible with the 12xx channel switch struct. Add a new channel_switch op to wlcore, and update the driver accordingly. Signed-off-by: Eliad Peller <eliad@wizery.com> Signed-off-by: Luciano Coelho <coelho@ti.com>
