* rtlwifi: Fix enter/exit power_saveLarry Finger2017-01-15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | commit ba9f93f82abafe2552eac942ebb11c2df4f8dd7f upstream. In commit a5ffbe0a1993 ("rtlwifi: Fix scheduling while atomic bug") and commit a269913c52ad ("rtlwifi: Rework rtl_lps_leave() and rtl_lps_enter() to use work queue"), an error was introduced in the power-save routines due to the fact that leaving PS was delayed by the use of a work queue. This problem is fixed by detecting if the enter or leave routines are in interrupt mode. If so, the workqueue is used to place the request. If in normal mode, the enter or leave routines are called directly. * rtlwifi: Fix logic error in enter/exit power-save modewang yanqing2016-05-11
| | | | | | | | | | | | | In commit a269913c52ad ("rtlwifi: Rework rtl_lps_leave() and rtl_lps_enter() to use work queue"), the tests for enter/exit power-save mode were inverted. With this change applied, the wifi connection becomes much more stable. * cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_bandJohannes Berg2016-04-12
| | | | | | | | | This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
* rtlwifi: rtl818x: Move drivers into new realtek directoryLarry Finger2015-10-14
Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted, it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are visable to the user.
