powerpc: Enable CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE in powerpc server defconfigs.
Enable CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE in powernv_defconfig, ppc64_defconfig and
pseries_defconfig.
It depends on CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA256=y, so add that as well.
