This changes the keymap back to the state before commit 616a4b83
and changes the driver to use full NEC32 scancodes following the
instructions provided by Malcolm Priestley <tvboxspy@gmail.com>.

A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore. Make sure the modular drivers in clocksource
are actually calling out for <module.h> explicitly in advance.

The remote(s) generates 24 bit NEC codes, lme2510 keymaps redefined.
Other minor fixes
fix le warning.
make sure frontend is detached on firmware change.

These bubble button remote controls appear to be generic from China.
These are the three variants known to be supplied with DM04/QQBOX DVB-S
They could well be supplied with other devices from the region.

Remote keytables had different names all over the place. Part of the fault
is due to a bad naming when rc subsystem was created, but there were lots
of old names that were still here.
Use a common standard for everything.
