General cleanup (does not change sched logic)
- Removes unused code
- Adds comments
- Rearranges g_preempt_check() to require fewer ifs (no logic change)
- Make container IDs print in TRACE messages by setting the `comm`
field to the container ID in ASCII during startup
- Fixes several TRACE messages which were using GSN-EDF function names
- Combines `entry` variables in c_release()
