USB: remove phidget drivers from kernel tree.

These devices are better controlled with the LGPL userspace library
found at:
	http://www.phidgets.com/downloads.php?os_id=3
and full documentation at:
	http://www.phidgets.com/documentation/web/cdoc/index.html
