Add rtspin_edffm launcher function
It reads the parameter for a task from a text file. The format is:
- <task-id, wcet, period, phase, firstcpu, number of slices> (for task
parameters).
- <task-id, cpu, deadline, wcet, phase> (for slices).
Example:
