ALSA: hda/tegra: program FPCI registers
There are two register groups defined for audio. One is for the FPCI
interface to the system and the other is for audio. The FPCI registers
have 256 bytes and include FPCI configuration registers, AZA hardware
debug registers, registers like OB FIFO monitor, OB FIFO Watermark etc.
These FPCI registers are not part of AZA spec and the same are not
seen in HD Audio Specification (1.0a).
Earlier we exposed helper functions and register definitions in AZA
controller and sound core header files to program some FPCI related
registers. Since FPCI registers appear to be NVIDIA proprietary,
having defines in core is not likely to be accepted for upstream.
Hence this patch programs related FPCI registers in Tegra HDA driver.
The definitions from the core are removed in another patch.
