drivers: imx318: Refactor IMX318 driver
Refactored driver to use tegra camera framework.
1) Moves the common code in the sensor drivers during
probe as part of device registration to tegra camera
framework.
2) Moves the v4l2 subdevice and v4l2 async framework
registrations, setup of v4l2 controls to common
framework layer.
3) Tegra camera framework supports only new style tegra
v4l2 cids. Use Gain/Exposure/FrameRate controls
instead of Gain/CoarseTime/FrameLength controls.
