video: tegra: nvmap: store tgid in handle's vma list
Store process identifier in handle's vma list instead of earlier
thread identifier as multiple threads belonging to the same process
could map NvMap handle(s) to its virtual address space.
This issue was caused due to conflicting terminology used to describe
process and thread ids in linux kernel and userspace.
