dc: Add i2c changes for FPGA to enable HDMI ddc
On FPGA, the dp_aux_ch0_p/n pins are reserved for AUX
channel communication for DP, and can't be used for
I2C/DDC communication for HDMI. As a result, the
dp_aux_ch1_p/n pins (I2C4) need to be used instead for
HDMI.
This change adds support in the kernel for the following
- Parse DDC bus from DT for FPGA
- Register I2C adapter for FPGA
TDS-2400
