Because the new functions do not work without a pointer to struct gk20a, and piping it just for logging is excessive, some log messages are deleted. In this case the resulting operation should be ok since the sign bits are maintained when the 32 bit negative integer is shifted into a 24 bit negative integer. Add explicit include of linux/fs.h for all files where this is the case.
