Since all userspace apps are using 64K pages these days it makes
sense to set the default large page size to 64K. This in turn
causes the PDE coverage field to be set to 64M in the GPU
characteristics field.
While it would therefor be possible to create a VM with a PDE
coverage that's larger than 64M (128M if you set the large
page size to 128K) this will make the defaults work properly.
This in turn fixes a CUDA issue where CUDA tries to determine
the PDE coverage (and correspondingly a minimum alignemnt) from
the characteristics IOCTL.

We right now define HAL exec_reg_ops() under gops.dbg_session_ops operations
But we have separate gops.regops operations for all the regops and this would
be logically correct place for exec_reg_ops()
Move exec_reg_ops() from gops.dbg_session_ops to gops.regops
Also rename it to exec_regops()

clk_arb.h and gk20a.h has circular dependencies to each other. This is
removed by forward declaring struct gk20a in clk_arb.h and removing the
header gk20a.h from clk_arb.h and similarly forward declaring struct
nvgpu_clk_arb in gk20a.h and removing the header clk_arb.h from gk20a.h
alongwith putting headers in every execution unit which calls clk_arb.h
related methods.

once gpu is powered off i.e. power_on set to false, nvgpu isr
does not handle stall/nonstall irq. Depending upon state
of gpu, this can result in either of following errors:
1) irq 458: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
2) "HSM ERROR 42, GPU" from SCE if it detects that an interrupt is
not in time.
Fix these by masking all interrupts just before gpu power off
as nvgpu won't be handling any irq anymore.
While masking interrupts, if there are any pending interrupts,
then report those with a log message.

In the current code, gk20a.h includes io.h which gets directly included
in a lot of other files. io.h contains methods which uses a struct
gk20a as a parameter leading to a circular dependency between io.h
and gk20a.h. This can be mitigated by removing io.h from gk20a.h as
part of larger effort to moving gk20a.h to nvgpu/gk20a.h

reference it from $NVGPU/drivers/gpu/nvgpu. This makes the POSIX

probably should not.

of the subtraction to signed.
In Linux this happens automatically but on non-Linux platforms
abs() does not necessarily do this. clang flags this case as
a pointless operation: abs(x) obviously must equal x for any
unsigned x.
This change should hopefully preserve the Linux behavior but
avoid the compiler warning from clang.

Currently gpu sysfs retrieves Fmax@Vmin by direct call into Tegra DVFS
driver that introduces compile time dependencies on CONFIG_TEGRA_DVFS.
In addition incorrect clock is used for DVFS information access.
Re-factored sysfs node to use generic GPU clock operation for Fmax@Vmin
read. This would fix a bug in target clock selection, and allows to
remove dependency of sysfs on CONFIG_TEGRA_DVFS.
Updated nvgpu_linux_get_fmax_at_vmin_safe operation itself so it can be
called on platforms that does not support Tegra DVFS, although 0 will
still be returned as Fmax@Vmin on such platforms.

global function declarations actually match their implementations.
Also work around pointer munging warning:
/build/ddpx/linux/kernel/nvgpu/drivers/gpu/nvgpu/common/pmu/pmu.c: In function 'nvgpu_pmu_process_init_msg':
/build/ddpx/linux/kernel/nvgpu/drivers/gpu/nvgpu/common/pmu/pmu.c:348:4: error: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing rules [-Werror=strict-aliasing]

Work around this warning by simply moving the type punning.
This code is certainly dangerous - it assumes the endianness
of the header data is the same as the machine this code is
running on. Apparently it works, though, so this ignores
the warning.
