gpu: nvgpu: move gk20a.h to include/nvgpu/gk20a.h
Move the contents of the gk20a/gk20a.h to <nvgpu/gk20a.h>.
In order to enable a smooth transition, include <nvgpu/gk20a.h> in the
current file (i.e. gk20a/gk20a.h).
