gpu: nvgpu: t19x: Update pmu ucode version.
This fixes PMU halt caused due to IMEM miss exception
when calling apCtrlEnable/apCtrlDisable.
IMEM miss exception occurs as overlay containing these
functions is not loaded in the PMU's IMEM. This version
loads the overlays before calling these functions.
