Revert "nvgpu: Remove ASYNC PROBE for vgpu"
This reverts commit dbdf57fb3c34227b26c1858d85c83c18d34de453.
The aync-probe was causing an issue because the arm-gic set_type
did not have the proper locking constructs to prevent races in
gic distributor.
