gpu: nvgpu: field position in gpu characteristics
Fields added to nvgpu_gpu_characteristics must be before the
/* Notes: .. */ section. Otherwise, there is a possibility that
cherry-picks for new fields actually go before "Notes" and that
breaks binary compatibility.
