From 7dd1d9b85cfb63eebf48fa13d3c5d25a3deb3a25 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Magnus Kessler Date: Mon, 22 May 2006 10:53:10 +0100 Subject: [AGPGART] VIA PT880 Ultra support. This patch enables agpgart on a Via "PT880 Ultra" based motherboard (Asus P4V800D-X). The PCI ID of the PT880 Ultra is 0x0308 instead of 0x0258 of the PT880. The patched via-agp passes testgart. It broke APM suspend, probably because APM doesn't switch back to a VT when suspending. Tracked down by Matt Mackall Rafael sayeth: "It only fixed the theoretical issue that a quick-handed user could switch to X after processes have been frozen and before the devices are suspended.
