PCI and subsystem ID's that finally made the spec. It also include a name change for one controller. I know there's a lot of duplicat names but the fw folks wanted this for the different implementations. Even though the same ASIC is used it may be embedded on some platforms, standup card in others, and a mezzanine in other servers. Here's a patch to fix this -- compile tested only, since I have no idea what the hardware even is. Fix the build of the RME32 and RME96 drivers by having them use the PCI_DEVICE_ID_RME_xxx names defined in instead of the PCI_DEVICE_ID_xxx names that they used to define themselves. Also fix the typo in the id PCI_DEVICE_IDRME__DIGI96_8_PAD_OR_PST so the name is PCI_DEVICE_ID_RME_DIGI96_8_PAD_OR_PST. The patch adds a hook in cb_alloc() that allows special tuning for the different chipsets. for ene just match the Echo products and set/clear the test bits, defaults to do the same thing as w/o the patch to not break working setups.
