From 273d81d6ada951ba99f10b755d6f849dbb352730 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dave Kleikamp Date: Thu, 1 Jun 2006 19:41:23 +0000 Subject: [CIFS] Do not overwrite aops cifs should not be overwriting an element of the aops structure, since the structure is shared by all cifs inodes. Instead define a separate aops structure to suit each purpose. I also took the liberty of replacing a hard-coded 4096 with PAGE_CACHE_SIZE Signed-off-by: Dave Kleikamp Signed-off-by: Steven French Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton --- fs/cifs/cifsfs.h | 1 + fs/cifs/file.c | 16 ++++++++++++++++ fs/cifs/inode.c | 14 ++++++++------ fs/cifs/readdir.c | 16 ++++++++++------ 4 files changed, 35 insertions(+), 12 deletions(-) (limited to 'fs/cifs') diff --git a/fs/cifs/cifsfs.h b/fs/cifs/cifsfs.h index 2fc6d6527f1e..3011df988bd5 100644 --- a/fs/cifs/cifsfs.h +++ b/fs/cifs/cifsfs.h @@ -33,6 +33,7 @@ #endif extern struct address_space_operations cifs_addr_ops; +extern struct address_space_operations cifs_addr_ops_smallbuf; /* Functions related to super block operations */ extern struct super_operations cifs_super_ops; diff --git a/fs/cifs/file.c b/fs/cifs/file.c index 379369ecda96..d62e29fe91f2 100644 --- a/fs/cifs/file.c +++ b/fs/cifs/file.c @@ -1959,3 +1959,19 @@ struct address_space_operations cifs_addr_ops = { /* .sync_page = cifs_sync_page, */ /* .direct_IO = */ }; + +/* + * cifs_readpages requires the server to support a buffer large enough to + * contain the header plus one complete page of data.
