Subject: cifs: remove cifsInodeInfo->inUse counter

cifs: remove cifsInodeInfo->inUse counter

It was purported to be a refcounter of some sort, but was never
used that way. It never served any purpose that wasn't served equally well
by the I_NEW flag.
