* perf ui browser: Introduce ui_browser__show_titleArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2011-02-25
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Needed because we were only showing the title in ui_browser__show, not in ui_browser__run, and in the run loop we may be calling other browsers that would then change the title, when we go back to the previous browser, we need to redraw the title. We could have done this as the Newt help line, with pop, etc, but I don't think its worth, doing it explicitely, when needed (some browsers may not use the title area at all) seems enough/more flexible. * perf ui browser: Add routines to compactly specify exit keysArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2010-08-19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This makes the usual idiom for specifying a series of key codes to exit ui_browser__run() for specialized processing (search, annotate, etc) or plain exiting the browser more compact. It also abstracts away some more libnewt operations. At some point we'll also replace NEWT_KEY_foo with something that can be mapped to NEWT or, say, gtk. * perf ui browser: Return the exit key in all browsersArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2010-08-19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Make all browsers return the exit key uniformly and remove the newtExitStruct parameter, removing one more newt specific thing from the ui API. * perf ui browser: Abstract some more slang operationsArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2010-08-19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Browsers don't have to deal with absolute coordinates, just using (row, column) and leaving the rest to ui_browser is better and removes one more UI backend detail from the browsers. Also shorten the percent_color setting idiom, removing some more direct libslang calls. * perf ui browser: Add ui_browser__show counterpart: __hideArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2010-08-10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | So that the common tasks of providing a helpline at __run entry and destroying the window and releasing resourses at exit can be abstracted away, reducing a bit more the coupling with libnewt. * perf ui: Start breaking down newt.c into multiple filesArnaldo Carvalho de Melo2010-08-06
As new TUI features get added the newt.c file is growing a lot and its name is growing misleading as an effort is being made to reduce the coupling with libnewt.
