* ASoC: Add SmartQ sound driverMaurus Cuelenaere2010-07-04
| | | | | | | | | | This adds sound support for the SmartQ board. The hardware consists of a S3C6410 coupled with a WM8987 over I²S. The WM8750 driver is used for driving the WM8987, as they are register compatible. * ASoC: S3C64XX: IISv4: Add CPU driverJassi Brar2010-05-07
| | | | | | | | | | Add the CPU driver for the IISv4 block found on S3C6410. For now, the driver is almost a copy of s3c64xx-i2s.c but it should diverge as more IISv4 specific stuff is added. * ASoC: AC97: S3C2443: Remove unused driverJassi Brar2010-01-27
| | | | | | | | | Since, we have generic AC97 controller driver and all the machines have moved to that, there is no need for old s3c2443-ac97.c to exist. * ASoC: AC97: SMDK: Add wm9713 machine driverJassi Brar2010-01-27
| | | | | | | | | This patch adds the common machine driver for SMDKs that have a WM9713 codec attched to the AC97 controller. Signed-off-by: Jassi Brar <jassi.brar@samsung.com> Acked-by: Liam Girdwood <lrg@slimlogic.co.uk> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>

* ASoC: Rename 's3c24xx-pcm' driver to 's3c-dma'Jassi Brar2009-11-18
| | | | | | | | | | | Making room for namespace for the PCM Controller driver the platform driver(s3c24xx-pcm) has been renamed to SoC agnostic name 's3c-dma'. * ASoC: Support WM8580 based audio subsystem on SMDK64xx machinesjassi brar2009-09-19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | New machine driver for WM8580 I2S i/f on SMDK64XX. By default SoC-Slave is set and WM8580 is configured to use it's PLLA to generate clocks from a 12MHz crystal attached to WM8580. [Added dependency on BROKEN since the IISv4 interface hasn't been merged yet, fixed the PLL API usage and removed the disabling of the PLL in the hw_free function since that'll break simultaneous playback and record -- broonie.] Signed-off-by: Jassi <jassi.brar@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>

* ASoC: S3C24XX: Add audio core and tlv320aic23 for Simtec boardsBen Dooks2009-08-21
| | | | | | | | | | Add core support for the range of S3C24XX Simtec boards with TLV320AIC23 CODECs on them. Since there are also boards with similar IIS routing the AMP and the configuration code is placed in a core file for re-use with other CODEC bindings. * ASoC: Add Openmoko Neo FreeRunner (GTA02) audio driverMark Brown2009-05-23
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This driver supports the audio subsystem on the Openmoko Neo FreeRunner smartphone, often known by its codename GTA02. The system has a WM8753 connected to a Samsung S3C2442 with an external GPIO controlled speaker amplifier. The driver was originally written by Graeme Gregory and has recieved contributions from Openmoko, myself and members of the Openmoko community. For much of this time the primary Openmoko kernel maintainer was Andy Green. * ASoC: Split s3c2412-i2s.c into core and SoC specific partsBen Dooks2009-03-06
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The S3C2412 I2S (IIS) interface is replicated on further Samsung SoC parts in a broadly compatible way, so split the common code out into a core called s3c-i2s-v2.[ch] so that the newer SoCs such as the S3C6410 can make use of it. As such, all the original s3c2412 functions are currently being left with their original names, and will be renamed later in the series. * [ALSA] soc - ln2440sbc ac97 supportIvan Kuten2008-01-31
| | | | | | | | | | | This patch adds ac97 support for ln2440sbc board from LittleChips. This board is based on s3c2440 SoC + AC97 Realtek ALC650 codec. Existing s3c2443 implementation is slightly modified because s3c2440 and s3c2443 have different AC97 interrupts.
