* batman-adv: Prefix types structs with batadv_Sven Eckelmann2012-07-01

* batman-adv: Prefix remaining function like macros with batadv_Sven Eckelmann2012-06-28

* batman-adv: Prefix gateway_common local static functions with batadv_Sven Eckelmann2012-06-25
| | | | | | | | All non-static symbols of batman-adv were prefixed with batadv_ to avoid collisions with other symbols of the kernel. Other symbols of batman-adv should use the same prefix to keep the naming scheme consistent. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>
* batman-adv: Reformat multiline comments to consistent styleSven Eckelmann2012-06-20
| | | | | | | | batman-adv doesn't follow the style for multiline comments that David S. Miller prefers. All comments should be reformatted to follow this consistent style to make the code slightly more readable. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>
* batman-adv: Prefix gateway-common non-static functions with batadv_Sven Eckelmann2012-06-20
| | | | | | | | | | | batman-adv can be compiled as part of the kernel instead of an module. In that case the linker will see all non-static symbols of batman-adv and all other non-static symbols of the kernel. This could lead to symbol collisions. A prefix for the batman-adv symbols that defines their private namespace avoids such a problem. Reported-by: David Miller <davem@davemloft.net> Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>

* batman-adv: Replace obsolete strict_strto<foo> with kstrto<foo>Sven Eckelmann2011-11-20
| | | | | | | strict_strto<foo> is obsolete since v3.1-rc8-8466-g14acc55 and should be replaced with kstrto<foo>. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>
* batman-adv: Reduce usage of charSven Eckelmann2011-06-20
| | | | | | | | char was used in different places to store information without really using the characteristics of that data type or by ignoring the fact that char has not a well defined signedness. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>
* batman-adv: Fix signedness problem in parse_gw_bandwidthSven Eckelmann2011-06-09
| | | | | | | strict_strtoul as used in parse_gw_bandwidth is defined for unsigned long and strict_strtol should be used instead for long. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>
* batman-adv: Only use int up and down gw representationSven Eckelmann2011-05-30
| | | | | | | | | It is not save to provide memory for an int and then cast the pointer to it to long*. It is better to standardize the up and down gateway bandwith representation to simple ints and only use long inside conversation routines. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org>

* net: Add batman-adv meshing protocolSven Eckelmann2010-12-16
B.A.T.M.A.N. (better approach to mobile ad-hoc networking) is a routing protocol for multi-hop ad-hoc mesh networks. The networks may be wired or wireless. See http://www.open-mesh.org/ for more information and user space tools. Signed-off-by: Sven Eckelmann <sven@narfation.org> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
