* include: Remove unnecessary inclusions of asm/semaphore.hMatthew Wilcox2008-04-18
| | | | | | | | | None of these files use any of the functionality promised by asm/semaphore.h. It's possible that they (or some user of them) rely on it dragging in some unrelated header file, but I can't build all these files, so we'll have to fix any build failures as they come up. * Use mutex instead of semaphore in CAPI 2.0 driverMatthias Kaehlcke2007-07-17
| | | | | | | | | | The CAPI 2.0 driver uses a semaphore as mutex. Use the mutex API instead of the (binary) semaphore. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
