Xtensa passes long long arguments in a even/odd register pair,
so we also need to shuffle the arguments when passed through the
system call to avoid an empty argument register.

Although __ARCH_WANT_SYS_GETPGRP was defined, the actualy entry for
the getpgrp system-call was missing.

Add missing system calls that have been recently added to the kernel
for the Xtensa architecture and define __IGNORE macros for system calls
that we don't need for Xtensa.

The non-rt signal handling was never really used, so we don't break
anything. This patch also cleans up the signal stack-frame to make
it independent from the processor configuration. It also improves
the method used for controlling single-stepping. We now save and
restore the 'icountlevel' register that controls single stepping
and set or clear the saved state to enable or disable it.

This is a long outstanding patch to finally fix the syscall interface. The
constants used for the system calls are those we have provided in our libc
patches. This patch also fixes the shmbuf and stat structure, and fcntl
definitions.

Update the architecture specific interrupt handling code for Xtensa to support
the new API. Use generic BUG macros in bug.h, and some minor fixes.

The last thing we agreed on was to remove the macros entirely for 2.6.19,
on all architectures. Unfortunately, I think nobody actually _did_ that,
so they are still there.

The last in-kernel user of errno is gone, so we should remove the definition
and everything referring to it. This also removes the now-unused lib/execve.c
file that was introduced earlier.
Also remove every trace of __KERNEL_SYSCALLS__ that still remained in the
kernel.

These aren't needed by glibc or klibc, and they're broken in some cases
anyway. The uClibc folks are apparently switching over to stop using
them too (now that we agreed that they should be dropped, at least).

xtensa is now in -rc1, with the obsolete syscalls still in there, so I
guess this about the last chance to correct the ABI. Applying the patch
obviously breaks all sorts of user space binaries and probably also
requires the appropriate changes to be made to libc.
On the other hand, if a decision is made to keep the broken interface, it
should at least be a conscious one instead of an oversight.
