| | | | | | | | | | | | | This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault. * [PATCH] lockdep: remove RWSEM_DEBUG remnantsIngo Molnar2006-07-03
| | | | | | | | | RWSEM_DEBUG used to be a printk based 'tracing' facility, probably used for very early prototypes of the rwsem code. Remove it. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>
* [PATCH] add sem_is_read/write_locked()Rik Van Riel2005-10-30
| | | | | | | | | | Add sem_is_read/write_locked functions to the read/write semaphores, along the same lines of the *_is_locked spinlock functions. The swap token tuning patch uses sem_is_read_locked; sem_is_write_locked is added for completeness. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
