* sh: migrate to arch/sh/include/Paul Mundt2008-07-28
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1f8eb087c22dd24d69cebae4a3addac. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault. * sh: Tidy up dependencies for SH-2 build.Paul Mundt2007-06-11
| | | | | | | | | | | | SH-2 can presently get in to some pretty bogus states, so we tidy up the dependencies a bit and get it all building again. This gets us a bit closer to a functional allyesconfig and allmodconfig, though there are still a few things to fix up. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
* sh: Use L1_CACHE_BYTES for .data.cacheline_aligned.Paul Mundt2007-03-05
| | | | | | | Previously this was using a hardcoded 32, use L1_CACHE_BYTES for cacheline alignment instead. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
* sh: page table alloc cleanups and page fault optimizations.Paul Mundt2006-09-27
| | | | | | | | | | | Cleanup of page table allocators, using generic folded PMD and PUD helpers. TLB flushing operations are moved to a more sensible spot. The page fault handler is also optimized slightly, we no longer waste cycles on IRQ disabling for flushing of the page from the ITLB, since we're already under CLI protection by the initial exception handler. * sh: Optimized cache handling for SH-4/SH-4A caches.Richard Curnow2006-09-27
| | | | | | | | | This reworks some of the SH-4 cache handling code to more easily accomodate newer-style caches (particularly for the > direct-mapped case), as well as optimizing some of the old code. * [PATCH] Kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAXRavikiran G Thirumalai2006-01-08
| | | | | | | | | | | Kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT from all arches. Since L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAX is not used anymore with the introduction of INTERNODE_CACHE, kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAX. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
