If boards with different NR_IRQS are compiled together, tons of
compiler warnings are emitted about redefining NR_IRQS.
This patch fixes the problem by adding up NR_IRQS in a common place.
Patch also removes quite a bit of now unnecessary code.

Get rid of build warnings and errors in mainline for H3 boards; not
all the H3 updates were correct, it seems like the OMAP1 boards are
not getting proper build testing.
Also, commit e27a93a944a5ba6a0112750c8243abba86d56e94 introduced a
regression related to the tps65013 chip.

- Add support for Amstrad E3 videophone by Jonathan McDowell
- Remove board-netstar.c board support as requested by Ladislav Michl
- Do platform_device registration in board files by Komal Shah et al.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
