The commit bf4289cba02b8cf770ecd7959ca70839f0dd9d3c removed the use of
CONFIG_MTD_NAND_ATMEL_ECC_NONE and CONFIG_MTD_NAND_ATMEL_ECC_HW but the
Kconfig file was forgotten.
This patch remove those inoperative options.

Based on Linus Walleij's ARM LED consolidation work, this patchset introduce a
new generic led trigger for CPU not only for ARM but also for others.
For enabling CPU idle event, CPU arch code should call ledtrig_cpu() stub to
trigger idle start or idle end event.
These patches convert old style LED driver in arch/arm to gpio_led or new led
driver interface. Against 3.5 release and build successfully for all the machines.
Test ledtrig-cpu driver on OMAP4 Panda board.

Attempting to consolidate the ARM LED code, this removes the
custom RealView LED trigger code to turn LEDs on and off in
response to CPU activity and replace it with a standard trigger.

Remove irq_domain_add_legacy call from mach-mxs.c and have the gpio
driver adopt irqdomain support, so that we can have the mapping
between gpio and irq number available without using virtual_irq_start
and MXS_GPIO_IRQ_START.

Pull ARM soc cleanups, part 2 from Olof Johansson:
"A shorter cleanup branch submitted separately due to dependencies with
some of the previous topics.
Major thing here is that the Broadcom bcmring platform is removed.
It's an SoC that's used on some stationary VoIP platforms, and is in
desperate need of some cleanup. Broadcom came back and suggested that
we just deprecate the platform for now, since they aren't going to
spend the resources needed on cleaning it up, and there are no users
of the platform directly from mainline."
Fix some conflicts due to BCM2835 getting added next to the removed
BCMRING, and removal of tegra files that had been converted to
devicetree.

The current kernel does not fit in the CEIVA ROM. Also, some functional
has already been removed due migrate from 2.6 to 3.0, and it seems that
no one uses this platform. So, remove support for this board and modules
specific only to this board.

ARM: tegra: second round of cleanups
This branch mainly removes dead code following the removal of all board
files. The removals depend on various changes in other branches, so they
are all merged together and form the basis of this branch, as enumerated
below.
Finally, there are no remaining users of pinconf-tegra.h outside the
pinctrl subsystem, so that header is incorporated into an existing file
there. This reduces the number of headers in mach-tegra/include, and so
helps move towards single zImage.
This branch is based on tegra-for-3.7-cleanup, followed by a merge of
tegra-for-3.7-board-removal, followed by a merge of
tegra-for-3.7-common-clk, followed by a merge of:

Now that Tegra's pinmux is configured solely from device tree, there's
no need for the pinconf types to be defined in arch/arm/mach-tegra/.
Move it into the pinctrl directory to clean up mach-tegra, as a pre-
requisite for single-zImage.

usb: xceiv: patches for v3.7 merge window
nop xceiv got its own header to avoid polluting otg.h. It has also
learned to work as USB2 and USB3 phys so we can use it on USB3
controllers.
Together with those two changes to nop xceiv, we're adding basic
PHY support to dwc3 driver, this is to allow platforms which actually
have a SW-controllable PHY talk to them through dwc3 driver.
We're adding a new phy driver for the OMAP architecture. This driver
is for the PHY found in OMAP4 SoCs, and a new phy driver for the
marvell architecture. An extra phy driver - for Tegra SoCs - is now
moving from arch/arm/mach-tegra* to drivers/usb/phy.
Also here, there's the creation of <linux/usb/phy.h> which should be
used from now on for PHY drivers, even those which don't support
OTG.

"Device tree conversion and enablement branch. Mostly a bunch of new
bindings and setup for various platforms, but the Via/Winchip VT8500
platform is also converted over from being 100% legacy to now use
device tree for probing. More of that will come for 3.8."

All AB8500 devices are now registered via MFD core, so Device Tree
capability is no longer required for probing. Here we pull the DT
match table to ensure we're no longer probed during Device Tree
start-up.

There was a plan to place ab8500_irq_get_virq() calls in each AB8500
child device prior to requesting an IRQ, but as we're no longer using
Device Tree to collect our IRQ numbers, it's actually better to allow
the core to do this during device registration time. So the IRQ number
we pull from its resource has already been converted to a virtual IRQ.

Until now the EXYNOS-SoC was the only Samsung-SoC supporting the GPIOs
via the device tree. This patch implements dt-support for the
s3c24xx arches.
The controllers contain only 3 cells, as the underlying gpio controller
does not support controlling the drive strength on a gpio level.
Tested with the gpio-keys driver on a s3c2416 based machine.

It replaces clk_register_clkdev in mxs clock driver with DT lookup.

It really becomes a maintenance issue that every time a device needs
to look up (clk_get) a clock we have to patch kernel clock file to call
clk_register_clkdev for that clock.
Since clock DT support which is meant to resolve clock lookup in device
tree is in place, the patch moves imx23 client devices' clock lookup
over to device tree, so that any new lookup to be added at later time
can just get done in DT instead of kernel.

This makes us possible to define pinmux mapping in board-specific DTS.
prima2.dtsi provides all possible (groups,functions) configuration, and
device in .dts select configurations from dtsi files.

Simplify the code in gpio-pxa.c and make them based on irq_base.
When not probed from devicetree, initialize irq_base from
PXA_GPIO_TO_IRQ() or MMP_GPIO_TO_IRQ(), respectively, so the non-DT case
still works.
Only tested on PXA3xx.

This patch contains a hack to get the DMA resources of the device when
probed from a devicetree node. This can be removed once a generic DMA
controller framework lands.
A mtd_part_parser_data is passed mtd_device_parse_register which
contains a reference to the device node, so MTD partitions can be
added as children.

Pull ARM soc-specific updates from Olof Johansson:
"Most notable here is probably the addition of basic support for the
BCM2835, an SoC used in some of the Roku 2 players as well as the
much-hyped Raspberry Pi, cleaned up and contributed by Stephen Warren.
It's still early days on mainline support, with just the basics
working. But it has to start somewhere!
Beyond that there's some conversions of clock infrastructure on tegra
to common clock, misc updates for several other platforms, and OMAP
now has its own bus (under drivers/bus) to manage its devices through.
This branch adds two new directories outside of arch/arm:
drivers/irqchip for new irq controllers, and drivers/bus for the above
OMAP bus. It's expected that some of the other platforms will migrate
parts of their platforms to those directories over time as well."
Fix up trivial conflicts with the clk infrastructure changes.

Commit 89214f0 "ARM: bcm2835: add interrupt controller driver" added an
empty drivers/irqchip/Kconfig. Empty files apparently don't work well
with git (sometimes, with some versions?) so add some dummy content to
resolve this issue.
