Read only one of the GPIO pins as an analog voltage. The ADC can be
switched to a different GPIO pin at runtime, but this is not supported.
Previously, this driver would report the analog voltage of the currently
selected GPIO pin as all three GPIO voltages: in9_input, in10_input and
in11_input.

Only stop the chip at driver exit if it was stopped when driver was
loaded. Leave it running otherwise.
Also restore the device configuration if probe failed, to not leave
the system in a dangling state.

Suspend and resume functions shouldn't overwrite the configuration
register. They should only alter the one bit they have to touch.
Also don't assume that register reads and writes always succeed.
Handle errors properly, shall they happen.

Driver for the TI TMP102.
The TI TMP102 is similar to the LM75. It differs from the LM75 by
having a 16-bit conf register and the temp registers have a minimum
resolution of 12 bits; the extended conf register can select 13-bit
resolution (which this driver does) and also change the update rate
(which this driver currently doesn't use).

The Apple SMC uses a systematic labeling scheme for the hardware
temperature sensors. This scheme is currently hidden from
userland. Since the sensor set, and consequently the numbering,
differs between models, an extensive database of configurations is
required for an application such as fan control. This patch adds the
SMC labels to the hwmon sysfs interface, allowing applications to use
the sensors more intelligibly.

The adm1031 chip is capable of using a runtime configurable sampling rate,
using the fan filter register. Add support for reading and setting the
update rate via sysfs.

The lm90 driver programs the sensor chip to update its readings at 2 Hz
(500 ms between readings). However, the driver only does reads from the
chip at intervals of 2 * HZ (2000 ms between readings). Change the driver
update rate to the programmed update rate.

The LM64 appears to be an LM63 with added GPIO lines. Add support for the
hwmon functionality - GPIO can be added at some later stage if someone
has a need for them.

When the user passes the kernel parameter acpi_enforce_resources=lax,
the ACPI resources are no longer protected, so a native driver can
make use of them. In that case, we do not want the asus_atk0110 to be
loaded. Unfortunately, this driver loads automatically due to its
MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE, so the user ends up with two drivers loaded for
the same device - this is bad.
So I suggest that we prevent the asus_atk0110 driver from loading if
acpi_enforce_resources=lax.

There are 2 major changes from v0.81 to v0.7:
1. Consolidating the SPIB/I2CB tables into a new DEVS table,
which is more expandable and can support other bus types
than spi/i2c.
2. Creating a new GPIO table, which list all the GPIO pins
used in the platform.
However, to avoid breaking current platforms who use SFI v0.7
version firmware, the definitions for SPIB/I2CB will still
be kept for a while

the host lock, so an old target structure could be reused by a new
device even though it's about to be deleted. The cure is to change
the state while still holding the host lock.

The port data structure related to fc_host statistics collection is
not initialized. This causes system crash when reading the fc_host
statistics. The fix is to initialize port structure during driver
attach.

During performance testing on P7 machines it was observed that the interrupt
service routine was doing unnecessary MMIO operations.
This patch rearranges the logic of the routine and moves some of the code out
of the main routine. The result is that there are now fewer MMIO operations in
the performance path of the code.

In bring up testing for the new 64 bit adapters, the first read command failed
after loading the driver. The cause was that the command requires more than
one scatter gather element and the corresponding code to set the data list
length in the request control block was missing. This patch adds the correct
assignment.

Fix ipr_reset_enable_ioa() to read the correct IOA to host interrupt register
address for 64 bit adapters. We need to read the lower 32 bits, not the upper
32 bits.
Also change the write of the 64 bit mask value to a single writeq instead
of two writel calls.
Finally, use the correct u8 type for the type field in the ipr_resource_entry
structure.

The IOA status area now includes the new resource path field for 64 bit
adapters. This patch changes the driver to fix the ioasa structure and to use
the correct structure definition based on the type of adatper.

This function should return 0 on error. Returning -1 would cause a
crash.
Also there is an extra space before the newline character and a missing
space between the "for" and the "mgmt_invalidate_icds". I put the string
on one line. The current version of checkpatch.pl complains that the
line is too long, but it makes grepping easier.

Using a single timeout for all transaction that need to be flushed does
not work if the submission of new transactions can defer the timeout
indefinitely into the future. We need to have timeouts that do not
change due to other transactions; the simplest way to do this is with a
separate timer for each transaction.

This fixes an omission in 2.6.31-rc1 commit 1e626fdc "firewire: core:
use more outbound tlabels" which prevented to really use 64 instead of
32 transaction labels, as soon as split transactions occurred that had
their AR-resp tasklet run after the AT-req tasklet.

If one request is so long-lived that it does not get a response before
the following 63 requests, its bit in tlabel_mask is still set when the
next request tries to allocate a transaction label for that number. In
this state, while the first request is not completed or timed out, no
new requests can be submitted.
To fix this, skip over any label still in use, and do not error out
unless we have entirely run out of labels.

Clemens Ladisch pointed out that
- BIB_IMC is not named like the field is called in the standard,
- readers of the code may get worried about the magic 0x0c0083c0,
- a CSR_NODE_CAPABILITIES key is there in the header but not put to
good use.
So let's rename BIB_IMC, add a defined constant for Node_Capabilities
and a comment which reassures people that somebody thought about it and
they don't have to (or if they still do, tell them where they have to
look for confirmation), and prune our incomplete and arbitrary set of
defined constants of CSR key IDs. And there is a nother magic number,
that of Bus_Information_Block.Bus_Name, to be defined and commented.

character device file ABIs do not make any use of lseek(), pread(), or
pwrite(). Therefore use nonseekable_open() and, redundantly, set
file_operations.llseek to no_llseek to remove any doubt whether the BKL-
grabbing default_llseek handler is used.
Although all this is legacy code which should be left in peace until it
is eventually removed (as it is superseded by firewire-core's
<linux/firewire-cdev.h> ABI), this change seems still worth doing to
further minimize the presence of BKL usage in the kernel.

The <linux/firewire-cdev.h> character device file ABI (i.e. /dev/fw*
character device file interface) does not make any use of lseek(),

1) Clean up two function names: The ohci_ prefix is only used in names
of fw_card_driver hooks. There were two unnecessary exceptions.
2) Replace empty macros by empty inline functions so that call parameter
type checking is available in #ifndef'd builds.
3) CONFIG_FIREWIRE_OHCI_DEBUG is currently a hidden kconfig variable,
hence is not going to be switched off by anybody. Still, it can be
switched off but then compilation will fail in ohci_enable() at the
expression param_debug & OHCI_PARAM_DEBUG_BUSRESETS. Add the necessary
definitions in the nonstandard case.
