* USB: usb-storage: merge CB and CBI transport routinesAlan Stern2009-01-07
| | | | | | | | | | | This patch (as1173) merges usb-storage's CB and CBI transports into a single routine. So much of their code is common, it's silly to keep them separate. * [PATCH] USB: drivers/usb/storage/libusualPete Zaitcev2006-01-04
| | | | | | | | | This patch adds a shim driver libusual, which routes devices between usb-storage and ub according to the common table, based on unusual_devs.h. The help and example syntax is in Kconfig. Signed-off-by: Pete Zaitcev <zaitcev@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>

Sorry for the long delay, here is a patch to address this. I also clarified some ATA/ATAPI wording + function names. * [PATCH] USB Storage: port reset on transport errorMatthew Dharm2005-06-27
| | | | | | | | | | | | This patch causes a port reset whenever there's a transport error or abort. If that fails it reverts back to doing a mass-storage device reset. It started life as as497 and was rediffed by me. This makes error recovery a lot quicker and more reliable. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
