The DCB feature support included are Priority Grouping (PG) - which allows bandwidth guarantees to be allocated to groups to traffic based on the 802.1q priority, and Priority Based Flow Control (PFC) - which introduces a new MAC control PAUSE frame which works at granularity of the 802.1p priority instead of the link (IEEE 802.3x). But we cann't kill netdev->priv, because so many drivers reference to it directly. This patch is a safe convert for netdev->priv to netdev_priv(netdev). Since all of the netdev->priv is only for read. But it is too big to be sent in one mail. I split it to 4 parts and make every part smaller than 100,000 bytes, which is max size allowed by vger. Share the allocation by using a reference count to the page and giving half to two receive descriptors. This can enable us to use packet split mode all the time due to the performance increase of allocating half the pages.
