The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev->last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.

Commit 5fd29d6ccbc98884569d6f3105aeca70858b3e0f ("printk: clean up
handling of log-levels and newlines") changed printk semantics. printk
lines with multiple KERN_<level> prefixes are no longer emitted as
before the patch.
<level> is now included in the output on each additional use.
Remove all uses of multiple KERN_<level>s in formats.

This patch is the result of an automatic spatch transformation to convert
all ndo_start_xmit() return values of 0 to NETDEV_TX_OK.
Some occurences are missed by the automatic conversion, those will be
handled in a seperate patch.

Fix up drivers that return an errno value to qdisc_restart(), causing
qdisc_restart() to print a warning and requeue/retransmit the skb.
- xpnet: memory allocation error, intention is to drop
- ethoc: oversized packet, packet must be dropped
- ibmlana: skb freed: use after free
- rrunner: skb freed: use after free

A recent patch by Stephen Hemminger to convert XPNET to use net_device_ops and
internal net_device_stats failed to link the net_device_ops structure to the
net_device structure. See commit e8ac9c55f28482f5b2f497a8e7eb90985db237c2
("xpnet: convert devices to new API").

Comments in /drivers/misc/sgi-xp has been using '>>>' as a means to draw
attention to something that needs to be done or considered. To avoid
colliding with git rejects, '>>>' will now be replaced by '!!!' to
indicate something to do, and by '???' to indicate something to be
considered.

Make XP return values more generic to XP and not so tied to XPC by changing
enum xpc_retval to xp_retval, along with changing return value prefixes from
xpc to xp. Also, cleanup a comment block that referenced some of these return
values as well as the handling of BTE related return values.
